We've put together some tips and advice to help you place your order and to answer any other likely questions. If you can't find the answer you are looking for here, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
How do I know what size frame to order?
Add the height and width of your artwork together. Then simply find the size band that your frame falls into.
E.g. if your artwork is 400mm x 450mm, your frame size is 850mm and therefore falls into the 0mm – 875mm band. Select 0 – 875 on your chosen product in the dropdown menu.
E.g.2. If your artwork is 650mm x 900mm, your frame size is 1550mm and therefore you need to select the 1501 – 1625 size band. Please ensure you include/ allow for the mount. The measurement that you provide is the inner frame measurement.
How do I let you know my actual frame measurements?
On the checkout page, please complete the ‘Frame Size‘ field by providing the exact measurements of your artwork. i.e. 400mm x 450mm. This should be the inner measurement of the frame, therefore if your work is to be mounted, add the desired mount width to your measurements.
How do I work out my frame price?
To find your final price, calculate your relevant frame size band and select this in your chosen moulding product page. Then select if you would like glass and back and mount included or not. The price will be calculated automatically for you.
Do I need to order anything else?
Hardware hanging is an optional extra. If you require d-rings and cord, please ensure you add one hardware hanging kit for each frame that you are ordering.
Do we deliver?
No, at present we don’t offer a delivery service so all frames need to be collected from our shop in Teddington.
How soon can I collect my frame?
Please allow up to 10 days for your frame to be ready for collection.
We can sometimes turn around quicker, if you have a tight deadline, please call or email us before placing your order as we may be able to accommodate your timeframe.
How do I know when my frame is ready?
We will call you or email you to let you know when your frame can be collected.
What are the different frame options that you offer?
We have multiple moulding designs to choose from and several options for completing your frame. You can choose to order:
Frame only
Frame with glass and backing board
Frame with glass, backing board and mount
Hanging hardwear is not included. Please add this to your order if required.
What are the different mount options that you offer?
If you would mount with your frame, we offer 3 colour options for you to choose from:
White
Soft white
Black
You can select the colour on the product page from the dropdown list.
All mount is laser cut to give a lovely crisp edge to frame your artwork perfectly.
When you choose a mount, we also automatically include backing and glass.
